OFFICIAL RULES: DRINKING POST AUTOMATIC WATERER MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES

1. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID IN CANADA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Drinking Post Automatic Waterer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Drinking Post (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Geographic Limitation (Void in Canada)

This Sweepstakes is intended for participation within the United States only. It is explicitly VOID IN CANADA, as well as in U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Entries submitted by individuals residing outside the eligible geographic territories, including residents of Canada, will be disqualified.

3. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Drinking Post, located at 870 E 50th Ave Suite B, Denver, Colorado 80216.

4. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes runs on a recurring monthly cycle. Each monthly Sweepstakes Period begins on the 1st day of the calendar month at 8:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on the last day of that calendar month at 11:59 PM MT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted prior to or after the applicable Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

6. How to Enter

Visit https://www.dpwaterer.com/entertowin during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household per monthly Sweepstakes Period. Use of any automated system or script to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. Winner Selection & Odds

Within five (5) business days following the end of each Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that monthly drawing.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming

Potential winners will be notified via email or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry. To be declared an official winner, a potential winner may be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability, and Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted, after which the prize for that month will remain unawarded. Prizes will be shipped approximately 7–21 days after winner verification.

One (1) Grand Prize winner per month will receive:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliated entities, and any social media platforms used to promote the Sweepstakes from and against any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, and/or photograph for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any legal action arising out of this Sweepstakes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
