The Ultimate Drinking Post has a 5 year warranty on all parts. The Legacy Drinking Post has a 1 year warranty on the interior parts and a 5 year warranty on the exterior 8″ sleeve.
Proof of purchase will be needed for warranty claims.

The warranty does not cover any issues caused by poor or incorrect installation. It’s important that your installation is done according to the Installation Guide that you received. If you’re unsure about any part of the installation process, please call us! It’s very important that your installation is done correctly.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened, uninstalled Drinking Posts. We do not cover shipping on returns. You will ship your return back to us at 870 E. 50th Ave., #B, Denver, CO 80216. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund. We will deduct a 5% restocking fee from your refund amount.

If you purchased your Drinking Post from a Dealer, make sure you save your receipt that shows your purchase date. If you ordered directly through us, your receipt was emailed to you at the time of purchase. If you ordered through our website, we may have your order on file, but it’s best to keep your receipt that shows your purchase date.

Shipping Info
All Drinking Posts are manufactured at our warehouse in Denver, CO. Unless otherwise specified, online orders will ship the day after the order is placed. All Drinking Posts will ship via FedEx Ground. If you are ordering Drinking Post parts, they will ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships to the email address you provided during check out. We have expedited shipping options available at check out.
